From Black History Month, Mardi Gras, and Valentines Day, there is a lot worth celebrating at Disney Springs! Come check out the foodie specials & deals that are only available for this month.
Black History Month
In collaboration of “Celebrate Soulfully at Walt Disney World”, honoring Black Culture through food, art, music, and more; two special food offerings can be found at Disney Springs. Amorette’s Pastisserie is offering limited-time petit cakes inspired by Disney’s first (of hopefully more to come) Black princess, Tiana, and representing jazz music, Soul’s Joe Gardner. Both cakes are a decadent chocolate cake, with raspberry mousse, and beautifully decorated.

The Edison will be offering a one-night ticketed event on February 25th featuring the newest Executive Chef, Deaundra “Dee” Rolle (pictured above), as she brings a taste of the Bahamas to Disney Springs. Drawing on her Bahamian heritage, Chef Dee will be creating mouth-watering dishes; conch fritters with remoulade, steamed snapper, benne cake ice cream, etc.
The Edison is located in The Landing adjacent to Paradiso 37 on the water side.

Sprinkles Cupcakes is serving up cupcakes in honor of three trailblazers of our time- Amanda Gorman, Naomi Osaka, and Zendaya. Each cupcake is a red velvet, topped with an inspirational quote.
Sprinkles is located in Town Center to the east of the bridge connecting to The Landing.
The Amanda Gorman cupcake is offered now through Feb 10th, the Naomi Osaka will be offered Feb 15th-21st, and Zendaya’s cupcake will be available Feb 22nd-28th. The inspiring cupcakes are $5.00 each.
Mardi Gras
Savor the unique taste of New Orleans with B.B. Wolf’s Mardi Gras inspired sandwich- Smoked Andouille Sausage, covered in Crawfish, Lemon Caper Aioli, and a Creole Pepper Sauce on a roll.
B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. is located in The Marketplace, across from The LEGO Store, where The Landing and Town Center meet.
The Mardi Gras Smoked Crawdog is served with a side of chips and costs $13.99. This deal ends February 22nd
Valentine's Day
Amorette’s Patisserie has a delicious dark chocolate dipped strawberry bouquet and a pink velvet cake decorated with Disney/Pixar’s greatest love duo from UP.

The Edison showcases three nights of entertainment and food- choices include, filet, New York Strip, red velvet cheescake, and chocolate covered candied bacon.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew are offering a special heart-shaped donut filled with sweet cream and covered with heart-shaped sprinkles.
Everglazed is located on The West Side. It shares a space with AMC Theaters®, across from Splitsville.

Head over to The Ganachery for four different love themed treats. A Sweetheart Minnie Pinata, but this dark chocolate sphere is dilled with marshmallow treats, and a Love Note Heart Pinata, a chocolate heart filled with heart marshmallows (I found conflicting prices, averaging at $25 a piece). Strawberry and Champagne Ganache Squares (for $6.50 or $7.50 with the Cinderella Box), and the I Heart U Ganache Lollipops ($6.00 each)

This one has my name all over it! Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop is offering BOGO Half Off Sundaes for you and a special someone. (That special someone can be me too, right?)

Jaleo by Jose Andres brings the taste of Spain to lovebirds this Valentine’s Day. Special menu additions include seared scallops, fried shrimp, pork ‘canelones’ with bechamel sauce, berry soup, and cheese ice cream.
Jaleo is located on the West Side catty-corner to Splitsville and AMC Theaters.
The Chef’s special is not cheap at $95 per person.
Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea have a special Fairytale Love Latte- expresso, milk, dark chocolate sauce, caramel, and coconut syrups

Paddlefish is offering a Valentines Day special- seafood boil for two. Two Main Lobsters, Key West Shrimp, Cedar Key Littlenecks, corn bread, red potatoes, and sweet corn

This meal costs $89 per couple and is good on Feb 14th only.
Planet Hollywood has a prix fixe special running- choose a house or caesar salad, roasted prime rib or grouper, and receive a New York Cheesecake.

Sprinkles keeps it simple with the decadent Valentines Red Velvet Cupcake-light chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting, and the return of the classic Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cupcake- Belgian dark chocolate with raspberry frosting

Terralina Crafted Italian has crafted a pre-fixe menu for two. Enjoy spicy shrimp scampi, braised bone-in short rib, wild mushroom & fennel risotto, and tiramisu.

Vivoli il Gelato brings back their popular Love Potion- a vanilla gelato with Fanta strawberry, whipped cream, sugar rock candy and sprinkles.

Earl of Sandwich has debuted a limited-time Beefy Mac & Cheesy Sandwich, oh do behave! Make sure you wear your stretchy pants for this one!
Earl of Sandwich is located in The Marketplace, on the east end across from Once Upon a Toy and Disney’s Pin Traders.
This hearty sandwich costs $7.99 and is available now through March 14th.
Wine Bar George is running a special- buy a Corkcircle (an adorable refillable cup) and receive a frozen beverage of your choice. Corkcircle can keep your favorite wine chilled for up to 9 hours, or a hot beverage warm for up to 3.
Wine Bar George is located in The Landing, across from Jock Lindsey’s Hanger Bar and next to Ragland Road.
The cost of a Corkcircle- $35. The benefit of chilled wine for 9 hours (including many refills)- priceless. There is no word on when this special will end. It appears to come and go with the release of new Corkcicles.
