Aunt Polly’s Restaurant- a Hidden Gem

There’s a reason why Aunt Polly’s is a hidden gem, not only for its secluded location on the island, but because it is only open limited times to help with overcrowding control, which has not been an issue of late. BUT if the stars align and it is open, you must give it a try!

Aunt Polly’s dishes out only a few items but those items are said to be quite tastey, especially the Peanut Butter, Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, and Banana Sandwhich…I don’t even like peanut butter and I want to try it! There is also the famous Beck’s Buttery Biscuit BBQ Sliders (pictured below), or the refreshing root beer float.

In all honesty, probably better than the food, is the view!  You can enjoy a peaceful view of The Rivers of America preceding a spectacular view of The Haunted Mansion.

The view alone is worth a stop at Aunt Polly’s! As of now, it has not been opened for the season. Its operating hours are typically 11-3, so next time you visit Magic Kingdom, make sure to ask Cast Members! I know it will be on my radar next time I am there.
