Disney collections come in all shapes and sizes. People start with a love for a character, attraction, or park and it seems to grow from there. For my family, we love Pin Trading, but we also love collecting sets and displaying them on cork boards in our rooms. We commemorate our trips or the first time riding a ride with a pin too. Our kids just love displaying their pins and look forward to collecting more with each visit!
Another mini-collection that started was when we were Annual Passholders. We wanted something extra special to commemorate each visit. After visiting the Art of Disney store at Epcot, we fell in love with the Disney Collection by Britto!
After reminiscing a bit about my Disney collections, I just had to see what other Disney fans were collecting…Take a look at these!!
World’s Largest Disney Prop Collection
Joel Magee, AKA the Toy Scout, has a Disney prop collection worth nearly $2 million! It includes seat parts from the Peter Pan pirate ship and the original Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride vehicle. He also has the original hitch hiking ghost props from the Haunted Mansion ride at Disney World.
Joel collects more than just Disney props and memorabilia; he got the name The Toy Scout, from his collection of many vintage toys and collectables. His entire life has been dedicated to finding, selling, appraising, and trading these items. He also is Pawn Stars Disney go-to expert!

Largest Collections of Mickey Mouse Memorabilia
Janet Esteves holds the records for the the largest collection of Mickey Mouse memorabilia. She has 10,210 items, including studded animals, toys, hats, keychains, puzzles, and toys.
Largest Winnie the Pooh Collection
Deb Hoffman holds the record for the largest Winnie the Pooh collection. She has close to 9,000 items including stuffed toys, figurines, porcelain plates, toys and more!!
World’s Largest Stitch Collection
Self Proclaimed BIGGEST Lilo and Stitch fanatic, Suzy Fisher, states she has seen the movie over 3000 times and holds the record for the largest Stitch Collection, which includes over 1,900 Stitch memorabilia!
Britain’s Biggest Disney Collection
This collection has not been recorded in the Guinness Book (but should be!!); Amanda and Adam Lennard have a HUGE Disney collection including a variety of Disney characters in all sizes and forms! The collections are even sorted into smaller collections by Disney character.
